Faster Workforce Growth

Description:

This mod simply increases the workforce growth speed by 1000 times or so, with a reduction in growth check interval.

You can always adjust the parameters in parameters.xml, every line of code is explained.

Installation:

Throw the extracted files into extensions folder.
