Remove Envoy Story

Properly removes Envoy story from all starts.

At game start, envoy jobs are activated, Scarlet Star is open and the ship(s) can be bought.

While the Envoy story is not so bland as the Hyperion story, I still find it quite un-immersive and unbalanced. You follow the trail (again!), then have to defeat some Elite ships, then the best M fighter of the galaxy is given...no thanks!

With time I will do an alternative version where you follow the story and are granted the blueprint instead of the ship.

I am open to suggestion about an alternative trigger for the gift of the Envoy maybe after another of the big stories of the main game/dlc's is completed.
