Number format

This simple mod changes number format (for english and other versions):

• []  thousands separator: comma => space

  []  decimal point: dot => comma or dot

  So in the end, instead of this format: 123,456. 78 Cr you'll see 123 456,78 Cr or 123 456. 78 Cr (there are two versions available).

  Both values might be easily modified by editing XML file.

  Should be compatible even with X5 ;)
