More generous mission rewards

This mod adds level 3 and 4 seminars to mission rewards pool and increases Cr rewards.

In vanilla there is 84% chance to get level 1 seminar as mission reward and 16% for level 2 seminar.

Then each type of seminar (piloting or management) has 50% chance to be chosen.

This mod adds lvl 3 and 4 seminars and sets chances to:

• []55% for level 1

  []38% for level 2

  []5% for level 3

  []2% for level 4

  And when seminar level is determined, there are asymmetrical chances for both types of seminars:

  • []80% for piloting and 20% for management if level 1

    []80% for piloting and 20% for management if level 2

    []70% for piloting and 30% for management if level 3

    []60% for piloting and 40% for management if level 4

    Also the credit rewards are raised a bit to make mission accomplishment more motivating.
