Apparently in the vanilla X universe brunettes don't exist. - This replaces the green hair NPC's were wearing with brown so they now do.
I got really tired of seeing NPC's with green hair. Seeing as the game has blonds, redheads, and raven haired NPC's I started to wonder just what happened in the X universe that either killed off all the brunettes or somehow altered their DNA to become 'greenheads'. This replaces the green hair with brown. Depending on the lighting you see them in, it can be any shade from light to dark.
