I felt a bit weird when I first saw a naked Teladi pilot wearing a helmet.
This is the Teladi I remembered, a wholesome and properly dressed piece of *sss.
The files are actually in the game. Devs just don't have enough time to implement them. After installed this mod, all the Teladi will wear the proper clothes. No need to start a new game.
Like any other VTF, this mod may be obsolete in the future build.
Installation
Put the mod in /X4 Foundations/extensions
Uninstallation
Just remove the mod
