Expert Trader and Advanced Trader Enhanced

In my XRSGE universe where every system is made of many sectors and sectors are huge and 5 times more than vanilla, I had to make several arrangements to make everything work.

One of these is simply increasing the range for advanced traders from 5 to 10.

I've also added the Expert trader (18 sectors, 4 stars)

While in XRSGE it suits perfectly, in vanilla universe could result in a bit of cheat, don't know, your game your rules.

Hope with time to release other mods taken from these changes that can suit also in vanilla game.

Adds the Expert trader (12 sectors, requires 3 stars) and changes the max range for resupply ships from 5 to 8. Adv trader requires only 2 stars while keeping the vanilla limit of 5 sectors. That's the best solution, because in previous version the adv trader reverts back to vanilla max of 5 sectors so this version makes use of adv trader as an intermediate level, 2 stars, the right task for rokie but not noob pilots to start trading among 3-5 sectors. While Expert trader (3 stars) can reach more sectors.

One small visual glitch remains, the expert trader when looking for a trade has a big "?" icon instead of the search icon. Nothing that interfers with its normal functioning thou.
