TOTAL CARNAGE MOD - this mod turns up the bounce rate, increases the damage factor and loosens up the car for better CARNAGE to cars, This mod also makes the AI drivers more active and wants to hit you more. A few has asked for a better description of this mod, i thought the Mod Name (TOTAL CARNAGE) said it all and with the vedio included just above where you have to type a comment showing everything about the mod..... come on people :) This mod was not ment to be taken seriously, This was just me learning the files and having some fun! but a few liked it so we are releasing this to the public.
