Pritchard's Contact Effects Mod

Sparks! Debris! Oh my! This mod adds flying sparks when car vs. car collisions take place, as well as increasing the lifetime of the debris that is created by crashing. Now grinding against another vehicle is even cooler than before, and the aftermath of crashes will persist on the track for so long that you can still see it multiple laps later! It goes without saying that this is not a mod for weak PCs. If enough people are interested, I'll make a seperate mod that only has the spark effect for low-end rigs.
