Demonr6 OTM marker minimal

OTM marker file with default colors, smaller font. Standard view has vehicle name, current health, health ratio, vehicle icon and vehicle name. Extended view is the same with player name replacing vehicle name. Everything has been made more compact by making smaller fonts, changing health bar box size and vehicle icon smaller then moved around to fit into a tighter area.
