All Witcher Sets Are Levels 15/20/25/30/40, Viper is Level 35, Netflix is Level 20/30/40, NG+ Gear is 30 Levels Higher.

Kaer Morhen Set now has 4 upgrade tiers at Levels 10/20/30/40.

You get each tier Schematic 5 Levels before you can Craft it.

New Set Bonuses: 

Increases Fast Attack Speed by 20%.

Grandmaster Cat:

2P: Increases Fast Attack Speed by 20%.

4P: Strong Attacks Increase Fast Attack Damage for 5 Seconds by 5% for Each Piece.

Increases Bleed Damage by 30%.

Grandmaster Wolf:

2P: Increases Bleed Damage by 50%.

4P: Each Adrenaline Point Increases the Possible Number of Bleeding Effects That Can be Applied to a Single Enemy.

Reduces Stamina Cost Needed to Cast Signs by 20%.

Grandmaster Gryphon:

2P: Reduces Stamina Cost Needed to Cast Signs by 40%.

4P: Increases Yrden Size by 50%, While inside Yrden Increase Sign Intensity by 60%.

Strong Attacks Have +15% Chance to Stun.

Grandmaster Bear:

2P: Strong Attacks Have +25% Chance to Stun.

4P: Stunning an Enemy Increases Crit Chance by 20% and Crit Damage by 40% For 10 Seconds.

Netflix:

2P: Increases Potion Duration by 10% for Each Piece.

4P: Aard Deals Additional Damage to Enemies Affected by Yrden.

Manticore:

2P: Decreases Potion Toxicity by 25%.

4P: The Maximum Number of Charges for Each Alchemy Item is Increased by 1.

Viper:

Applying Poison Increases Your Resistances and Reduces Enemy Resistances by 15% for 10 Seconds.
