Triss DLC Outfit Gold Neck Torc Remover

Very straight forward and doesn't need much explaining.

drag and drop in mods folder like any other mod.

I don't have the time to test all the configurations but the only possible Issue you might run into depending on your mod setup is that she could have a tiny micro gap between her neck and body.

First I'd recommend to check and see if it just works, it could well be a case by case situation.

Since I use Triss (G)lorified Head Mesh, I don't get any neck gap at all, this could also be something you need to possibly give more or less priority depending on what other mods you're using.

Edit: I did a bit of searching with a bit of help from AI homie and the proper term for this neck piece is a "Neck Torc" or "torque", which is of viking / celtic origin. Wiki
