Main Story Missions: In Ciri's Footsteps, The Nilfgaard Connection, Destination: Skellige, HoS main mission Evil's First Soft Touches are still available.

Important Decisions made in Gameplay

1. Imperial Audience - Aryan LaValette escaped, went with Roche, saved Triss Merrigold, Sile de Tansarville is dead, Letho is alive.

2. Ghosts of the Past - Letho is alive and on his way to Kaer Morhen

3. The Whispering Hillock - Killed the tree spirit

Other Decisions

1. White Orchard:

Contract: Devil by the Well - Refused the coin from the quest giver

On Death's Bed - Helped Lena

The Beast of White Orchard - Didn't accept the coin from Garrison Commander

Contract: Shrieker - Refused coin from the quest giver

Wild at Heart - Killed the werewolf, Margrit alive

Witcher Wannabe - Told the villagers the witcher is fake

3. Novigrad:

Contract: An Elusive Theif - Let the Doppler go

Contract: Deadly Delight - Let the Succubus live

Empty Coop - Convinced the Old Woman to give the children home

4. Skellige:

In Wolf's Clothing - Lifted the curse and killed Morkvarg after the quest ends

In the Heart of the Woods - Sided with Sven, exiled Hilde

Contract: Skellige's Most Wanted - Killed the werewolf, let others go (good ending)

Contract: Missing Miners - Killed Wham-a-Wham after getting a reward from him (Not a good decision)

Quests that need The Eye of Nehaleni and the Magic Lamp to complete (which can only be obtained during the main questline) are still available.

Main Gwent quests are still available.

Blood and Wine region remains untouched.

Might have missed some missions in the regions.

Used Destination Skellige mission to reach Skellige region

Used console command "gotoKaerMorhen" to reach Kaer Morhen region(only to complete Scavenger Hunt)
