Combat Resource Overhaul (Next Gen)

None of this is mine, all credit goes to the amazing KiroKobra. I just updated the scripts because I wanted to try it myself and KiroKobra is too busy with real life to be updating or making mods right now.  I thought I'd share it in case others might be interested in giving it a go.

I have added a version that includes a mod menu for people like me that can't resist a little fiddle.  It’s either the menu version or the original version, don’t try to install both.  If you use the original and want to try the menu, it’s best to completely uninstall and delete any related merges first.  I'm getting to a point now where I'm more or less happy with the stability and functionality and it now edits everything from CRO that I wanted to be able to change. There's still plenty I'd like to improve and a couple of things I might add along the way but I think it's fine now if the idea interests you.

Many thanks to init0nee for sharing his very elegant method for auto-applying default values to the menu sliders.
