increases Lod of some of the temple isle buildings and fixes some bugs with the shadows they cast
this increase LOD of tall temple isle buildings and some surrounding architecture. Also fixes shadow bugs (present on many objects in the game) especially noticable is the shadows of the large towers would create a white shadowless square when geralt walked through them.
