TEIGR Redone

I'm gonna be totally honest right now: I do not like the way Teigr looks one bit! And it's a real shame too because I do enjoy the quest it's optained in and it's always so freaking cool interacting with other witchers in the world. I just love the name as well, it feels like Gaetan really cherished his sword and gave it a meaningful name. Or perhaps it was passed down to him from his mentor?

Either way, the sword's name and in-game lore really inspired me for my redesign. Cat school gear is said to be heavily inspired by elven smithing and that's why I decided to make Teigr into a sabre. Now Gaetan (and by extension Geralt) will really stick out of the longsword-addicted crowd with this beautiful piece of elven make!

Big shoutout to ScoutBr0 for tipping me off to dingdio's Witcher 3 Blender Tools addon! I've had this mod planned for several years at this point but because Blender destroys sword runes and oils by default I didn't want to do anything before finding a fix. For me it just feels bad not having runes or oils working properly on modded swords so I'm beyond excited for this addon!

What this mod does:

• []Replaces Teigr's mesh with a new one made with existing assets. Tweaks the sword textures that weren't meant for each other for a finished look.[/]

  []Replaces Teigr's scabbard with a new one with custom textures to match the Cat school scabbards.[/]

  []Updates Teigr's inventory icon.[/]

  []Replaces Gaetan's silver sword with a tier 2 Cat school silver sword and scabbard.[/]

  Known issue:

  The scabbard can be seen floating above Teigr when equipped into some of the weapon racks in Corvo Bianco. I'll be looking into fixing this issue in the future.

  Installation:

  - Download and enable with Vortex Mod Manager. (recommended!)

  - Download and manually place the 'mod_TEIGR_Redone' folder in your 'The Witcher 3\mods' folder.
