Fix for sign intensity stuck at insane percentages.
This mod fixes a bug with sign intensity getting stuck in the thousands. I believe I got it from running through my own dimeritium bomb's cloud.
I thought 1. 12 fixed this, but it did not. I've updated it for 1. 12. 1, though the old version should work too.
