Reduced XP Gains

There's already a load of great solutions for increasing your XP, such as, Always Full XP. Although probably some of those can be used to set a negative increase, I didn't come across anything explicitly geared towards reducing the amount of XP given.  This is a very simple mod that allows you to reduce the incoming XP by a % set in the mod menu.  It's merge-free, and since it's very small and focused on one thing, I would imagine it'd be widely compatible.  If you feel like Geralt gets a bit overpowered after level 10, this might keep things interesting a while longer.

I've added a 3-band version for those who would find it useful to reduce XP at different rates as Geralt levels up.  I imagine many may want to reduce XP less for the first few levels and more as you begin to get to higher levels, but you can, of course, set it any way you want.
