Quick Save Menu (Next Gen)

What's the purpose?

To quote the original description:

Quicksaving is extremely useful but usually out of reach for those playing with gamepads and not willing to mess around with macro utilities. Fallout 4 was an exception to this, and if you've played that game you'll likely recognize the solution offered here. It simply makes the first menu entry a quicksave button, so that it is always just 2 presses away.

It also removes the redundant Resume option. Almost every other menu in the game is closed exclusively by pressing the back button, now this is also true for the main menu.

Installation

For newcomers/beginners: I invite you to read The Tome of Witcher 3 Modding

0 DON'T USE VORTEX!!

1. Use Witcher 3 Mod Manager, or extract the files in your "Mods" folder of the game's directory, Witcher 3 Wild Hunt GOTY Edition.

2. Launch Script Merger and merge the script if it conflicts.

How to uninstall?

Delete the folder "modQuicksaveMenu".

Then launch Script Merger and remerge again.

This is a scripted mod that affects the following files:

- scripts\game\gui\main_menu\ingamemenu\igmStructureCreator.ws

- scripts\game\gui\main_menu\ingameMenu.ws

So don't forget to run Script Merger.

If you wish to use it on the Classic 1. 32, install the original mod.

Know Conflict:

- Clean and Clear Menu: This mod removes "Resume". Which is needed to add "Quick Save".

- Clever Main Menu. Provide its own "Quick Save Menu".
