Disables the effect when Geralt receives a hit.
Disables the hit effect. The hit effect is the bloody cloud that flashes along the screen border when you're hit. You can see it in the first image.
Do not confuse this with the low health effect which is the constant red border swirl effect that displays when health is low. That, thankfully, can be disabled with Clean Screen.
