Mutagen Dissolution

This mod adds recipes to allow you to convert monster mutagens into a lesser mutagen of the same colour by dissolving them with alcohest (it is the universal solvent, after all).

There are recipes for all monster mutagens... though I suspect that only the red ones are useful. (I only buy the red ones and I wrote the thing :P)

The recipes have been added to the alchemist hiding in the Novigrad Crematorium. He's there in the afternoons, normally.
