La Valette and Vegelbud guard NPCs overhaul

Tweaked appearance for La Valette & Vegelbud guard NPCs.

Made with redkit and tested in next-gen version.

Alters La Valette & Vegelbud guard entities. Altered items effect other NPCs using same items.

Appearance changes:

• []tweaked colors to better match TW2 colors

  []united plated parts to have same darkness/shine

  []tweaked colors for Vegelbud hats to match the rest of the outfit

  []added slim versions of armor for both groups

  []captain has coat of arms on his chest and bronze knee cap

  Other changes:

  • []increased amount of appearances

    []La Valette guard now weild more fance halberd

    []changed colors of La Valette banners to be slightly more orange with green border and green vest
