Just a simple next-gen update for Ksolberg's Immersive Sounds according to their permissions. All credit goes to them for creating this mod.
Disclaimer for users of Brothers in Arms: this mod and BiA both make changes to Geralt's commentary on weather. Immersive Sounds disables most of Geralt's commentary, whereas BiA tweaks them to make more sense. Personally, I like the BiA changes more, so I'll also upload a version which keeps the vanilla commentary code in Immersive Sounds.
