Humanized Bruxae

Updates

 - Version 1. 1: Updated mod and project files natively to The Witcher 3 Next Gen version 4. 00. Additionally all bruxas in the expansion are now effected by this change, not only the Corvo Bianco one you encounter at the start of the Blood and Wine expansion. In some cases the engine seems to have problems rendering the hair fast enough when changing the bruxa state, mostly when jumping or falling at high pace.

- Version 2. 0: Reworked the main file and project source with the Witcher 3 REDKit. The mod is now also available on Steam. Cleaned the file structure up to work more lightly with the base model entities and replaced the clean skin textures to appropriate bloody ones - sadly the bug with the disappearing hair during fights remains for now, issues with the scream animation. Additionally uploaded three savegame files with the three bruxae fight counters known to me.

Overview

This mod changes the bruxae you encounter during the Blood and Wine extension, so that they always stay in their human form instead of showing their "monsterly" nature. Take a look at the pictures for a comparison.

Known bugs:

- because of morphing during the fight with the monster version the hair will be invisible some seconds during the fight

- the transformation to the bruxa's invisible state doesn't work

Compatibility / Load Order

As there is no other mod known which features the main purpose of this mod or changing the same file, it should be compatible with everything.

This mod doesn't use any scripts!

Technical

This mod was made using Sarcen's The Witcher 3 Mod Editor and studying the file structure and associated files for myself. The  mod editor project can be found in the Miscellaneous section for download.

For the Screenshots I used the 1. 32 Debug console and the new photo mode in the 4. 00 next gen update.
