Jest to mod który został stworzony na podstawie twarzy Dettlaffa . Geralt przejmuje karnacje oczy i czarne włosy. Mod jest kompatybilny z podstawą gry jak i dodatkami. Została dodana blizna, golenie, zarost i tatuaż.
