Enable Severance without enchanting

A simple mod that enables the runeword Severance without enchanting.

Severance is an almost essential runeword, but it's unfortunate that it can only be used on silver and steel swords if they're enchanted.

This mod is a script mod that enables Severance without enchanting. It will work even with other enchantments on silver and steel swords.

This is a simple mod that only changes one line in Combat.ws, so it should be compatible with all other mods.

It has only been tested on 4. 04.
