DUI Crossbow Fix (Next Gen)

Stops toxicity damage from forcefully holstering Geralt's crossbow. I did not make the mod myself, I merely updated the scripts provided by khoover on his original mod page. Written permission was given to me in the mods comment section. I will update the mod if future versions of the game break it. Sadly I did not take any fancy screenshots for this mod as I am busy with another enormous project involving textures. Once I finish that and get to Toussaint I will have plenty of time to use the in-game photo mode and update this mod page.

Original description of the mod:

Holding down the crossbow button to manually aim while on horseback just draws and re-sheaths the crossbow, then redraws and randomly fires when you let go. This is caused by having high toxicity, in my case from having multiple decoctions active.

This wouldn't be a huge issue were it not for the Blood & Wine tourney race.

This mod fixes it so that you can aim your crossbow while intoxicated and on horseback.
