You will still need the dsound.dll from made by Skomski and Co link 2: dsound.dll http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/143/
and put my debug-console-enabler.dll in The Witcher 3\bin\x64\plugins
it doesn't have the custom binds that the one on the nexus has though. Just the console F2 and the freecam F1.
