I love alchemy-focused playthroughs, so I ended up downloading a bunch of additional potion/decoction mods to expand my alchemy options. Problem was, toxicity kept getting in the way — I couldn't actually use half of what I'd installed without constantly running dry on toxicity room. Toxy 2000 helped, but I wanted more flexibility (and honestly, I didn't want to have to bug other modders for a custom build every time I needed a different number). So I decided to just build it myself.

Full disclosure: this mod was made with the help of Claude (Anthropic's AI). I'm not a professional modder — I worked through this with AI assistance, from reverse-engineering the bundle/XML files to writing and debugging the WitcherScript for the live-menu version. If that's not your thing, no hard feelings, just wanted to be upfront about it.

Raises Geralt's maximum toxicity cap so you can stack more potions and decoctions at once.

🔥 Toxy Custom with Switch (RECOMMENDED — this is the one that actually works properly)

Live in-game menu under Options → Mods, adjustable on the fly (500/1000/2000/4000/6000/8000/10000), plus 2 quick presets (Default/Zora Choice). Unlike the old experimental version below, this one uses real grantable abilities under the hood instead of a script override, so it's correctly respected everywhere — including the potion-drinking toxicity gate.

How to use: unequip Acquired Tolerance, re-equip it, then just adjust the value in the mod's Options → Mods menu (slider snaps to the nearest supported tier). That's it.

Instead of picking one fixed number, this version adds a menu under Options → Mods to adjust your toxicity cap live (100–10000), plus 2 quick presets (Default/Zora Choice). Marked experimental — some functionality is still being refined, and setting names in the menu currently show as raw internal keys (purely cosmetic, doesn't affect function). Great if you like tinkering; if you want the most stable option, use one of the Main Files above instead. Also requires Acquired Tolerance to be slotted.
