Crippling Strikes Nerf for Next Gen or FCR3

Intended for use with FCR3/Next Gen, Geralt Level Scales and Stronger Monster Status Effects.

Reduces the minimum amount of bleed damage from the crippling strikes skill with FCR3 from 50 per skill level down to 10 per skill level, so it doesn't outdamage boss monster essence regen that easily.

FCR3 makes the crippling strikes skill bleed effect use the normal bleed effect (which reduces a % of enemy HP per second) instead of the fixed-damage bleed effect the vanilla skill uses, however it also sets a minimum damage amount for that bleed effect: 50 HP per second per crippling strikes skill level. With the FCR3 max of 3 skill level's worth we're talking about a minimum of 150HP per second bleed damage, even against low level enemies and bosses ( and with Geralt Level Scales you would always be facing those lower level enemies at their level, even in NGP).

Most Bosses that have essence regen only have about 30-90HP regen, a minimum bleed effect of 150 would simply crush that and make all the other regen-countering skills, gear and alchemy items useless and make those bosses die in a handful of hits.

The minimum value of 10 hp per skill level is then picked as 30HP/sec is the minimum regen value of bosses who have it (werewolves in non-enraged state).

They should be fought with a silver sword, remembering that they can regenerate back health over time. One should thus never attempt to tire them out or, gods forbid, wait for it to bleed to death.

Install:

Same as installing most other TW3 Mods. Avoid Vortex, TW3 Mod Manager recommended  if you need a manager. Place any \modxxx folders directly inside your <TW3 game install>\Mods (or \mods) folder, place any \dlcxxx folders directly inside your <TW3 game install>\dlc (or \DLC) folder. Merge everything with Script Merger.

How to install most simple TW3 Mods for newbies/klutzes:

First you gotta locate your The Witcher 3 game install location. Usually it's somewhere like "C:\GOG Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt GOTY" for Good Old Games versions of the game or "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Witcher 3" for Steam versions of the game.

Download, run/install it, run what it installed to be sure it's working. Installing it all to some place like C:\TW3Modding\ should work.

Enable the Debug Console: https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/3375. Press the keys on your keyboard until you figure out which one activates the console.
