Ciri's Witcher 4 outfit and hairstyle

Changes/writing of her character in W4 may be controversial, but visual design of that outfit and hair are definitely worth of recreating!

I had to fiddle around with w2ent files to make the braid change it's level depending on the appearance mode as well add the cape... will have to optimize and hopeful to see this incorporated to CPC as a meaningful element.

Comes as a winter (as seen in trailers) outfit, hood down and up at respective appearance modes. Braid was designed to 'fit' the undressed appearances so it doesn't hang in the air.

CHANGELOG (V2):

- Added hairstyle-only option;

- Improved braid ribbon model, slight corrections for hair model and physics;

- Gauntlet textures are now two-sided (no more "invisible" faces on the inner side);

- CAPE: add fur, tuck it under the swordbelt (currently beyond my modding capabilities!), and separate it from Yennefer's cape textures to avoid any mod conflicts

- Summer version with less fur that will change the DLC appearance under the same mod, or dynamic appearances depending how it goes

- Some color/elements polishing and adjustments, making sure I got them right

- Fixing bugs if any reported!
