Cerys wears leggings

In the vanilla game Cerys has bare legs under her armour. You can occasionally see this when she is climbing or sitting. This mod gives her some leggings using REDkit so that she is more suited to the cold environment of Skellige. This edits both her regular and crowned appearance and can be used in the classic or next gen version of the game.
