Buffs in radial menu (NEXT GEN)

What's the purpose?

This mod hides buffs in exploration states and sets them visible only in combat or in the radial menu.

It was made for those enjoying exploration with less HUD displayed but who wish to know what their current buff is in a crucial moment, such as combat or in preparation.

The mod was called "Buffs In Radial Menu" because if we set off their visibility, we can't see them in Radial Menu. That was fixed by CDPR since the 1. 21 patch.

So now the mod is more like "Hide Buffs except in Radial Menu and Combat".

Installation

For newcomers/beginners: I invite you to read The Tome of Witcher 3 Modding

0 DON'T USE VORTEX!!

1. Use Witcher 3 Mod Manager, or extract the files in your "Mods" folder of the game's directory, Witcher 3 Wild Hunt GOTY Edition.

2. Launch Script Merger and merge the script if it conflicts.

How to uninstall?

Delete the folder "modBuffInRadialMenu". Then launch Script Merger and remerge again.

Compatibility and Conflict

This is a script mod that only contains the following files:

- scripts\game\player\r4Player.ws

- scripts\game\gui\hud\modules\hudModuleRadialMenu.ws

- scripts\game\gui\hud\modules\hudModuleBuffs.ws

So don't forget to run Script Merger.

If you wish to use it on the Classic 1. 32, install the original mod.

Know Conflict:

- Alternative Radial Menu - ARM: Select C then B when you get the merged conflict.

Recommended Mod

Below is the list of mods I recommend with mine:

- Healthy Food: Most Recommended. Enhance and diversify food and drink stats, with new drink buffs for vitality.

- Buff Charges: Change the weapon/armour/sign buffs as charges buff instead of time buffs.

- Shrines of Verna: Restores a cut vitality increase buff that's given by Verna shrines around Velen.

- No Dumpling Icon: For those who are annoyed by the "Dumpling" buff of the Runework.
