Always Good Items(Remasterd - XML Override)

Description

This mod makes randomized weapon and armor stats always roll at their maximum possible values.

For example, if an item has a stat defined like this:

min="0. 01" max="0. 10"

the mod overrides it to:

min="0. 10" max="0. 10"

This means that whenever an affected item is generated, that particular stat will always receive the highest value allowed by its original definition.

The mod covers the relevant randomized stats found in weapons, armor, gloves, trousers, boots, crossbows, relic equipment, and other supported equipment definitions.

How does it work?

This mod uses the new fine-grained XML Override system introduced with The Witcher 3 Remastered.

Instead of replacing the game's entire original XML files, it uses

on_conflict="extend"to override only the individual definitions and values that need to be changed.

Because of this, the original XML files remain untouched and unrelated definitions are not replaced.

Installation instructions

Extract mod in your game installation folder. (not "mods" folder)

Compatibility

Because this mod uses fine-grained XML overrides rather than replacing the original item definition files, it should have significantly fewer conflicts with other mods that modify the same XML files.

However, another XML Override mod that modifies the exact same definitions or stat values may still conflict or take precedence depending on load order.
