The mods didn't want to work together, and I really wanted to have them during my game. I changed the settings in the mod.
Mod Yet another mod complication by glesson with small edit max lvl from 35 to 55 and 2 talents per level instead of 1. I calculated that with these settings I would buy the entire skill tree.
Installation:
Extract to the files into your Witcher 2 directory: \The Witcher 2\CookedPC
Start the launcher and make sure the yamc.dzip is enabled in the DLC settings
