If your "The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings" game has version 3. 2 or below - you need to extract into the game directory optional file 'For_TW2_v3_2_and_below'. (Attention: optional file 'Cynthia_witch' required game version not below 3. 3 anyway.)

If you want to Cynthia was topless all the time in the act 2 - extract into the game directory optional file 'Cynthia_topless'. Do not use similar files by snfonseka and by whirllybob - they used a renamed 'cynthia_naked.w2ent' file from original game and it will not full correct working (incorrectly displays the name of the character).

If you want to Filippa was naked in healing Saskia scene - extract into the game directory optional file 'True_lesbomancy'.

If you want to Triss was naked in Nilfgaard camp (act 3) - extract into the game directory optional file 'Nilf_camp'.

If you want to Luiza Lavalette was fully naked in the torture chamber (prologue) - extract into the game directory optional file 'Luiza'.

If you want to naked Saskia has a bigger size breast - extract into the game directory optional file 'Titskia'.
