Another QoL Balance Compilation for EE

This is a compilation of mods that modify the base_script.dzip, which I have used and tested in my 2 playthroughs of Witcher 2. Hopefully it will save you the time and effort of editing codes and compiling with Gibbed RED Tools. Everything is working totally as intended for Enhanced Edition, version 3. 4 (or whatever is the latest on Steam).

Full List of Changes and the files/codes edited:

- Faster Exploration Run Speed (\states\movable.ws, meditation.ws, exploration.ws)

- Fix Dice Poker and Arm Wrestling - Always win

+ always win dice poker (base_scripts\game\minigames\dicepoker.ws)

+ always win arm wrestling (base_scripts\game\minigames\wristwrestling.ws)

- training skills since lv 1 (base_scripts/game/player/player.ws)

+ get 3 talents per level (SetTalentPoints( talents + 3 ))

+ Reduced exit combat mode delay (combatMode = 2)

+ 1s medallion use delay (AddTimer( 'OnEnableMedallion', 1.f, false ))

+ Existing characters aren't effect by the mod

- dark items in any difficulty

+ removed dark item removal checks (base_scripts/game/player/player.ws)

+ added dark items to merchants (\CookedPC\items\def_shops.xml)

+ removed dark effects (base_scripts/game/player/player.ws)

- Better Shop Sale Prices (base_scripts\game\gui\guiutils.ws)

- Zero Weight (\CookedPC\items\def_weights.xml)

Installation:

Copy and replace base_scripts.dzip into \the witcher 2\CookedPC - back up original file first.

Copy def_weights.xml and def_shops.xml into \the witcher 2\CookedPC\items - you may need to create this folder if it does not exist.

Obviously, all credits belong to their original authors, you can find all their mods listed on nexus. I simply edited some codes and compiled them into one package for my own use.
