Optimized saves parsing

This mod optimizes the save parsing script (mostly by reducing the amounts of UI refreshes required)

In my test case, on 440 files the time it takes to open the save menu went from 17s to 3s with my optimization.

Installation (manual required):

1. Back up somewhere outside of the game folder CListControl.luc, gui_new_system_loadpanel.luc and gui.luc from System/Scripts

2. Copy the Scripts folder and SaveCounter.dll to "Game folder/System: (so that SaveCounter. Ddll is in System, and the luc scripts in System/Scripts)

To uninstall:

Remove the .dll from the System folder, remove the three .luc files and restore the original ones, remove the .lua files if you put them in Scripts for debugging

Additional info:

In case of issues you can turn on logging in gui_new_system_loadpanel.lua for debugging, and put that file in System/Scripts (you may need to remove the corresponding .luc file)

If you don't trust the DLL I included a source, you can inspect and build it yourself

You can compile the .lua scripts yourself using x86 (32bit) version of Lua 5. 0. 3.

The game actually uses 5. 0. 2 but 5. 0. 3 compiler works and it's easier to find binaries.

Known issues:

- If you modify the saves outside of the game while the game is running, you should restart it to properly rescan the save folder
