-Now you can get a possibility to get Dijkstra as Chancellor ending without Vernon Roche dying In the quest Reasons of State.

-Mod changes events and outcome of the conflict between Dijkstra and Roche, Ves, Thaler.

-Temerias fate is mentioned in finalboards after beating the game.

How was it created?

I don't remember the details because I created the mod more than half a decade ago, but I'll try to describe what was done in general.

if anyone would like to convert this modification, please do, it but I guess it should still work even on the next gen version anyway.

MUTING THE VOICESS

I remember that to mute the voices in the ROS quest you had to redirect in "Sacren's Witcher 3 Mod Editorin" the section "quests\minor_quests\novigrad\quest_files\mq3035_emhyr\scenes\mq3035_07_dijistra_on_stage.w2scene" subtitles parameter to a different string location than the original one, because in this way the other subtitle track had neither voice nor facial expressions so it will play mute in quest but also not crash, - create a bundle with this redirection. At the same time it is possible to edit this redirected text with The Witcher 3 String Editor.

EDITING FINALBOARD

The finalboard about Dijkstra is located in movies\cutscenes\finalboards\fb_3c.usm. So to recreate this video file we need to convert usm video file to something normal then edit it and pack again to usm file and pack to a bundle file again.

EDITING SUBS

Editing the spoken lines are easy and as long as we figure out the id nr of specific dalogue we can edit it in The Witcher 3 String Editor. I changed two localization files in content\content0 and other one in content\content4. Dont remeber which one was which but first contains all novigrad story the otherone contains journal headers and descriptions. The spokenlines of the quest redirected by me, are also somewhere here, luckly we can search the id by typeing some words of Dijkstra speech in The Witcher 3 String Editor.

If anyone has time and willingness, please modify as much as you need, reupload etc. etc. there is no need to attribute credit to me, just do what you want with this mod, some old files to play with in a pack.
