Optional Unpaused Mode (mouse and keyboard only)
Fixes double item selection bug
Ported to Old-Gen too

Limitations:
1. When already equipped finite bolts, cannot equip back infinite bolts, need to use inventory for that
2. No sign selecting, use Next-Gen quick casting (or Instant Cast mod for Old-Gen)
