Enemies have higher levels depending on the zone

People have been complaining about the lack of high level monsters, and the fact that when you arrive in Skellige you are way overleveled. This mod aims to solve that problem:

What this mod does: changes enemy levels depending on what area you are in. My default values: White Orchard: every enemy is now 3 lvls higher than in the vanilla game (drowners will be lvl 5 instead of lvl 2) Velen: +5 Novigrad: +6 Skellige: +9 Other areas (like end game content etc): +9

If you want to change the values, open the file npc.ws in the "modLevelBCE" mod folder, and go to lines 314-360. Should be pretty straight forward.

My default values were intended to make the game more challenging for people using Lautreamont's Better Combat Enhanced mod who like to complete all questionmarks on the map (which makes being overleveled a problem). BCE removes the "high level monster buff" (monsters get a stupidly high health/dmg bonus when they are more than 6 levels above yours), so if you are not using that mod you might wanna look into removing that high level bonus yourself or with a mod (I'm pretty sure there are some already on this website).
