Just a diagram for Geralt's shirt. The shirt is required to craft witcher armor and I was surprised it's not craftable.
Ingredients are the same as dismantling components, plus 2 pieces of linen.
The diagram is a random loot item, you can also buy it from a tailor in either Novigrad or Kaer Trolde.
Or you can just add it via console: additem('Geralt Shirt schematic')
To remove the shirt from the crafting menu, use Forgetful Geralt: forgets('Geralt Shirt schematic')
