Consistent Skill Level

What's the purpose?

Since the Next Gen patch, almost all skills have a maximum of 3 levels instead of 5. With rebalanced stats.

But six of them only have 1 or 2 levels at max.

With this mod, those six skills now have level 3 stats. They reach vanilla stats when at max level to keep them balanced.

Here is the full change:

Arrow Deflection

Deflected Arrow Damage Multiplication: x0 -> x0. 5 -> x1

Fleet Footed

Damage Reduction while Dodging: 33% -> 67% -> 100%

Deadly Precision

Chance of Instant Kill per Adrenaline points minus one point: 1% -> 2% -> 3%

[Description rewritten. It's still dependent on how many Adrenaline Point, but now it's calculated to have the vanilla max 2% -> 4% -> 6%]

Lightning Reflexes

Slow Motion when aiming Crossbow: 17% -> 33% -> 50%

Sustained Glyphs

Sign Duration Increased: 3s -> 7s -> 10s

Alternative Yrden hit times: 6 -> 7 -> 8

Yrden Trap Number: 1 -> 2 -> 2

Steady Aim

Slow Motion when aiming Bomb:  17% -> 33% -> 50%

The initial version (without scripts and w3string) is available in the optional files. They change the same skills, but the only differences are:

Arrow Deflection

Deflected Arrow Damage Multiplication: x0 -> x1 -> x2

Deadly Precision

Chance of Instant Kill per Adrenaline Points: 1% -> 2% -> 3%

Installation

For newcomers/beginners: I invite you to read The Tome of Witcher 3 Modding

0 DON'T USE VORTEX!!

1. Use Witcher 3 Mod Manager, or extract the files in your "Mods" folder of the game's directory, Witcher 3 Wild Hunt GOTY Edition.

2. Launch Script Merger and merge the script if it conflicts.

3. If you have installed in the middle of play-through. Use Cleardevelop.

WARNING!!

You need Cleardevelop in order to uninstall the mod in the middle of play through. Or start a new game without this mod.
