This mod removes direction arrow to the quest or to the custom marker. You still be able to see quest or custom markers while they in the radius of the mini map, but if they not, you're on your own.
Made three versions:
No Direction - removes direction to the target.
No Distance - removes distance to the target.
No Direction No Distance - removes distance and direction to the target.
