someone requested a fix for the current patch, since the original mod author isn't responding.here is my attemp for gamepatch 1.12.

- As it seems you won't need Active Learner anymore.
- There is a new mod called "Elys - AllSkillsActive" for the very similar purposes so use that one :)

My attemp to fix the active learner mod after the game patch 1. 12. A User asked for my help since The Original Mod Author is not responding to them. Unfortunately I am not able to test anything for now so I don't really know if this will work at all.
I Uploaded 2 Version, install only one of them.
Version 1. 03 first. If that doesn't work then uninstall it and install the Version 1. 04 and if that doesn't work as well, send me something to work on, error messages, etc.
Please use at your own risk.
