# WeatherControl

UE4SS Lua mod for Windrose (UE 5. 6. 1) — change weather instantly with Shift+F1–F12 hotkeys.

## Installation

Windrose UE4SS install this ------> https://www.nexusmods.com/windrose/mods/43

1. Ensure UE4SS is installed for Windrose (client).

2. Copy `WeatherControl/` to `R5\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods\`.

3. Add `WeatherControl : 1` to `ue4ss\Mods\mods.txt`.

Press any hotkey in-game (not in lobby/main menu):

Output is logged to the UE4SS console.

## How It Works

Finds the runtime `R5N_WeatherComponent` instance (skipping the `Default__` CDO), then sets `CheatWeatherID` (Int8) to the preset index. Property writes are wrapped in `ExecuteInGameThread` for thread safety.
