Boar Loot Variants (2x / 3x / 5x / 10x)

A focused multiplayer-friendly resource tweak for Windrose.

Why I Made This

In multiplayer sessions, our group was constantly short on rough hide for armor upgrades and basic progression. The base drop rates felt tuned more for solo pacing, and many existing mods changed too many systems at once.

This mod is intentionally narrow: improve early-game resource flow for groups without changing the core gameplay loop.

Design Goal

Keep Windrose feeling like Windrose — just with less multiplayer bottleneck and less grind friction in the early game.

What This Mod Changes

• []Multiplies boar leather, meat, and tusk quantities[/]

  []Leaves vanilla loot chance structure intact[/]

  []Does not touch unrelated economy/progression systems[/]

  Available Variants

  • []2x - Light boost, close to vanilla[/]

    []3x - Balanced default (recommended)[/]

    []5x - Faster group progression[/]

    []10x - Low-grind / high-abundance[/]

    Important Notes

    • []Drop chance logic is unchanged from vanilla[/]

      []When leather/meat/tusks drop, quantity is multiplied by your selected variant[/]

      []Zero-value entries remain zero (no forced guaranteed drops)[/]

      []Use only one variant `.pak` at a time[/]

      Install

      • []Choose one variant (`2x`, `3x`, `5x`, or `10x`)[/]

        []Install it to the correct folder for how you are playing[/]

        Install Paths

          For dedicated servers, you can place the `.pak` directly in the listed folder without creating a `~mods` folder.

          Compatibility

          Incompatible with other mods that override the same boar loot table assets.
