Increase Blackbeard pirate loot quantities while keeping vanilla drop chances intact.

What This Mod Does

Scales Min/Max quantities for gunpowder, bullets, rum, peanuts, guineas, and Blackbeard signs where those drops exist. Covers Blackbeard Grenadiers, Blackbeard Musketeers, Blackbeard Sailors, and Blackbeard Sergeants. Drop chances and weights are left unchanged.

This version scales Blackbeard pirate RSS loot tables for the listed resources only. Final/key-bearing tables are left alone so quest-specific drops are not modified.
