Another Impatience Overhaul

Inspired by CrescentSaga's Impatience Overhaul which sadly seems to be out of date, I decided to make my own mod for v. 1. 0. 39316. Mine is not as exhaustive as his; it only changes the following:

I'll include the extracted files and QuickBMS if you want to tweak it yourself or just want an alternative to downloading the 280MB archive. To use this just extract the archive in your Wartales folder, optionally tweak the file in the Modded folder, then go in the Quickbms folder and use "reimport mine.bat" to apply it to your res.pak
