Lazy Overhaul

As i was playing the game, i liked the idea of tweaking some numbers to help with the carrying capacity (i'm a hoarder xD) and other things. Feel free to ask if you want some changes done, it's my first time doing this but i'd be happy to help ! UPDATES

version 4. 3:

- Update to the current version of the game (v1. 0. 39316 DLC "Pirates of Belerion" & "The Tavern Opens" & "The Pits" & "The Skelmar Invasion" - December 20th 2024)

- Some weapon/armor can now be leveled up

- Removed level requirement of some weapon/armor

- Increased chance of 2 good random traits from 25% to 50%

- Decreased chance of 1 good & 1 bad traits from 40% to 20%
